For many years the contracting and general building arm of the business has been its main stay. We work for a number of different type of clients – private, business, local authorities, housing associations – and carry out a whole host of activities for them. We can carry out work ranging from small repairs to complete new builds and renovations. This work can be carried out either working to your architect’s drawings or as a total package encompassing design and build.
The contracting division is split into four separate areas as shown below. In addition we have staff who are dedicated to managing projects and ensuring they run smoothly.
General Building
We have our own employees who can embark on any size of building project. We work on jobs from small repairs right up to multi-million projects.
Plumbing
The company has a very strong background in plumbing, being set up as a plumbing company originally in the 1950’s. Services range from small domestic alterations right through to large new build or renovations.
Joinery
We have our own joinery shop that can manufacture any type of timber craft you require. In addition we have a number of joiners who can full fill all your site joinery needs.
Electrical
To compliment the three areas above we employ fully qualified and trained electricians. As with the other trades these people can work on repairs up to full turn key projects.
