Roofing Services

Roland Hill offers a complete roofing service. We specialise in restoration projects and work, including churches and all forms of listed buildings. However we offer a high quality and competitive service for all types of new build and re-roofing.

For restoration and re-roofing if the underlying timbers are in need of attention or replacement we also have joiners available to carry out this work. Some of the services we can offer are shown below:

Slating Westmorland slates with random width and diminishing courses. Sized natural or synthetic slates

Tiling Plain tiles Concrete interlocking tiles

Metal Profiled Cladding Composite insulated roof panels Twin skin insulated roofing systems Systems can also include wall cladding and all flashings, gutters and rain water goods.

Flat Roofing Traditional felting systems Modern flat roofing technique Lead and zinc sheeting

Living or “green” roofs

Leadwork Complete replacement of old lead work including valleys, gutters and flat roofing.

Guttering Either cast iron or uPVC.

Chimneys Demolition and rebuilding including replacement or repair of all flashing.

Roof window These can be installed as part of a new build and re-roof situation. Or they can be fitted as, for example, part of a loft conversion.

Facias and soffits. Both timber and uPVC.

Integration of solar thermal or solar PV. Where roof modifications are required to allow the best integration this can be carried out by Roland Hill. (Whether the solar panels are fitted by Roland Hill or not.)
