Neutral carbon emissions result in the use of biomass fuels for heating. The fuel types can be timber logs, pellets or carpentry waste. We can offer a range of biomass boilers that can be sized either for domestic or commercial use.
One important factor to bear in mind is the storage required for the fuel. In larger commercial situations the space required can be considerable. In addition the feed system to the boiler needs to be considered. To realise the full potential of a system it may be better for the feed of the fuel to be fully automated. Depending on the system and fuel type this may require the installation of bunkers and feed systems, which can either be effected by screws or air transfer. For smaller domestic applications the use of an integrated hopper and feed system is usually specified.
