Roland Hill Ltd was appointed to design, construct, and install a modular classroom block at Cockermouth School to support the growing educational needs of the site. Delivered on a tight programme, the eight-module building was fully set up on site in just one day minimising disruption to the live school environment and showcasing the speed and efficiency of off-site construction.

The building was designed with both functionality and energy performance in mind, featuring high levels of insulation, energy-efficient lighting, and modern ventilation systems. The classrooms are bright, spacious, and built to current Department for Education guidelines, ensuring a comfortable and effective learning environment for students.
