Bespoke Fabrication and Structural Steelwork
Our steelwork is fabricated to order rather than supplied as standard off-the-shelf items. This allows each piece to be made around the dimensions, structural requirements and finish needed for the individual project.

We can produce practical structural steelwork, including beams, supports and framing, as well as visible architectural features such as staircases, railings, balustrades and handrails. These can be used in new builds, extensions, refurbishments, commercial premises and public sector settings.

Because Roland Hill Ltd also works across construction, joinery, plumbing, electrical and renewable energy services, steelwork can be planned as part of a wider project where required. This helps keep communication clear and allows different stages of work to be coordinated by one experienced team.

Steelwork for Modular Buildings
Our fabrication team also manufactures steel frames for modular buildings. These are built in sections at our factory before being transported to site for assembly, helping to reduce the amount of work required on site.

Factory fabrication allows much of the structural work to be completed in controlled conditions, helping to reduce weather-related delays and support consistent quality control before the building reaches site. Once the modular structure is in place, our wider team can also support with groundworks, service connections and final finishing.
This approach is especially useful for schools, commercial premises and occupied sites where speed, safety and reduced disruption are important.
